Returns and refunds policy

Please read our returns policy carefully.
By placing an order on our website, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions.

📦 Returns

1. Deadline
You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it .
After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Product Terms
The product must be:

  • intact and unused

  • in original packaging

  • clean, especially for personal hygiene products

3. Non-returnable products
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • underwear

  • intimate clothing

  • tights

  • some health-related products

4. How do I report a return?
Before returning the product, please send an e-mail to: Kontakt@suavezza.pl , specifying:

  • order number

  • reason for return

  • photos of the product (in case of defects or damage)

  • your contact details

⚠️ Important: Returns will only be accepted after prior approval via email.
We only have one return address in China - shipments sent to other addresses will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (from approx. €20 ).

  • Shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • We recommend using a service with a tracking number (Track & Trace).

6. Tracking code
Providing the tracking code is mandatory .
Without it, a refund will not be possible as we will not be able to confirm the delivery of the package to our warehouse.

💳 Refunds

Procedure
Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • you will receive an email confirmation of the verification result

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be made via the same payment method within 30 days

Haven't received your refund?
If you have not received your money after 30 days:

  • check your bank account again

  • contact your credit card issuer or bank

  • If the problem persists, please contact us at Kontakt@suavezza.pl

❗️ Exceptions

  • Defective products: If you receive a defective product, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed as our order processing system is automated.
