Privacy Policy & General Terms

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal period: the period in which the consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.
Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a commercial or professional activity who enters into a distance contract.
Day: calendar day.
Fixed-term contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered or purchased over a defined period.
Durable medium: any tool that enables the consumer or Nuvora™ to store information personally addressed to them in a way that allows future consultation without alteration.
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract during the reflection period.
Business/Entrepreneur: Nuvora™, which offers products and/or services at a distance to consumers.
Distance contract: a contract concluded within a system organized by Nuvora™ for the remote sale of goods or services using exclusively distance communication methods.
Means of distance communication: tools used to conclude a contract without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
General Terms: the present terms and conditions of Nuvora™.

Article 3 – Scope

These General Terms apply to all offers made by Nuvora™, all distance contracts, and all orders placed by the consumer.

Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these General Terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the Terms can be accessed and may receive a free copy upon request.

If the contract is concluded electronically, the Terms may be provided electronically in such a way that they can be easily stored on a durable medium.


Article 4 – Offer

The offer will include a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
Images used by Nuvora™ represent the products truthfully.
Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Nuvora™.

Each offer will clearly state:

  • the total price (including VAT);

  • applicable shipping costs;

  • how the contract is concluded;

  • payment and delivery conditions;

  • whether the right of withdrawal applies;

  • the duration of the offer.


Article 5 – Contract

The contract is established when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified conditions.
After purchase, Nuvora™ will confirm the order electronically.

Nuvora™ will implement all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure a secure shopping environment.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

During this period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Nuvora™ by email at:

This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product.
After notifying withdrawal, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.

A withdrawal form can be requested by emailing info@nuvora-patches.com.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
If the consumer has already paid, Nuvora™ will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product or valid proof of shipment.


Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed hygiene or body-contact products that have been opened;

  • products made to the consumer’s specifications;

  • products that deteriorate or expire quickly.


Article 9 – Price

All prices on the website include Spanish VAT.
Shipping costs are shown before purchase is completed.
Nuvora™ is not responsible for obvious typographical errors.


Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty

Nuvora™ guarantees that products comply with the contract and the specifications provided.

Defects or problems must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Warranty does not apply if the product has been altered or misused by the consumer.


Article 11 – Delivery & Execution

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer.

Nuvora™ will process orders as quickly as possible and no later than 30 calendar days.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer may cancel the contract at no cost and receive a full refund.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer at the moment of delivery.


Article 12 – Duration Contracts

The consumer may terminate an indefinite-duration contract at any time with a notice period of no more than one month.

Fixed-term contracts will not be automatically renewed unless expressly agreed.


Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be made using the methods offered in the online store.
In case of non-payment, Nuvora™ may charge reasonable recovery costs after prior notice.


Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to:

This must be done within 7 days after the consumer becomes aware of the issue.

Nuvora™ will respond within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:

Article 15 – Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Contracts between Nuvora™ and the consumer are governed by Spanish law.
Disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or via the ODR platform.


Article 16 – Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Nuvora™ complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

In accordance with EU regulations on the Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP), payment service providers may report certain payment transactions in compliance with Directive (EU) 2020/284.
