At Nuvora™, we work to ensure that you receive your products safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Delivery Times
The typical delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
In exceptional cases — such as temporary stock shortages or periods of high demand — delivery may take up to a maximum of 30 calendar days.
Our products are shipped from our international warehouses, mainly located in Asia (China) and Europe, depending on product availability.
If the item is available in our European warehouse, delivery is usually completed within less than one week.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status at any time.
3. Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email within 24–48 hours after your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your tracking information, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

4. Delays or Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed more than 30 calendar days from the date of purchase confirmation, you may request a cancellation and full refund, in accordance with Article 66 bis of Law 34/2002 on Electronic Commerce and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
