1. Return Period (30 Days – Reason Required)

Nuvora™ offers a 30-day return period, starting from the date you receive your order.

Because this is an extended commercial return policy (and not the EU right of withdrawal), you must provide a valid reason for your return request. This allows us to evaluate product quality and continuously improve our service.

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Date of receipt

  • Reason for return (required)

After reviewing your request, we will send you the return instructions.

Products must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order.


2. Condition of the Product to Be Returned

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day return policy:

  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

  • The original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable) must be included.

  • Hygiene or skin-contact products must remain unopened and sealed.

If the product has been used or opened, or shows wear beyond what is necessary to verify its condition, Nuvora™ reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a proportional reduction to the refund.


3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Unless the item is defective, returns are not accepted for:

  • Hygiene or personal-care products whose seal has been opened

  • Products customized or made according to customer specifications

  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature or that may deteriorate quickly

These limitations follow standard EU rules for commercial returns.


4. Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

  • The return remains under customer responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to confirm delivery (not mandatory).

The return address (which may be an international warehouse) will be provided after your request is approved.


5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

6. Refund Procedure

  2. Approve or reject the return based on this policy

  3. Issue the refund within 14 calendar days after approval

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless agreed otherwise.
